Die For Love

“You see, at just the right time,Β when we were still powerless,Christ died for the ungodly.Β Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die.But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

A powerless man is a man who is fragile because of sin, it is difficult to improve his own circumstances to be free from sin. Any effort made to innocence will inevitably be deadlocked.

Man, even the people of God at that time, were even referred to as the ungodly, that is, the rebels against God.

God in His love wants to save us and that salvation is totally done by Him without the condition of eligibility to man, be it “right” or “good”. God’s Savior is the act of being ready to die for sinners so that they do not continue to sin, not continue to disobey before God.

God saves sinners to be the ones who triumph over sin is at His own appointed time and we contemplate and celebrate it on good Friday.

Jesus Christ has died for us because of His concern for us, the love evident through death for which man is not truly worthy; Died of love. This Great Work is an invitation to in gratitude make this life right and good for the glory of God. “Good Friday!”
